HDPE Geomembrane in Sewage Treatment of Application

 Laying and construction of HDPE geomembrane: 
 (1) Construction conditions: Requirements for the base surface: The moisture content of the plain soil on the base surface to be laid should be below 15%, the surface is smooth and smooth, no water, no mud, no bricks, no hard impurities such as sharp edges and corners, branches , weeds and rubbish are cleaned up. 
Material requirements: HDPE geomembrane material quality certification documents should be complete, HDPE geomembrane appearance should be intact; mechanical damage and production wounds, holes, breakage and other defects should be cut off, and the supervision engineer must be reported to the supervisor before construction. 
 (2) Construction of HDPE geomembrane: First, lay a layer of geotextile as a bottom layer as a protective layer. The geotextile should be fully paved within the laying range of the anti-seepage membrane, and the lap length should be ≥150mm, and then lay the anti-seepage membrane. 
The construction process of the impermeable membrane is as follows: laying, cutting and aligning, aligning, laminating, welding, shaping, testing, repairing, re-inspection, acceptance.
