What are Nano Synthetic Polymer Materials ?

Nano Synthetic Polymer Materials, commonly refer to as composite materials or nanocomposites, are hybrid materials which merge the advantage of polymer materials and other makings. From prospective of the formation process, nano synthetic polymer materials are made from polymer materials modifying with nanotechnology. The process could improve the function and the using effect in many fields. Changing performance is the result of technology advance. For example, a material for making lightweight storage tanks is polypropylene (PP) based graphene nanocomposites (NCs).

According to the classification of modified functions, it can be divided into nanometer self-cleaning coatings, nanometer wave absorbing materials, nanometer biological application materials, nanometer flame retardant materials, etc. This modified material has been developed for some time in biomedical applications. Specifically, it can be used in drug delivery, gene therapy, blood substitutes, biomedical impact formulations, artificial organs, artificial blood vessels, artificial bones, and more. When these materials are used in building decoration, they make building decoration materials durable, environmentally friendly, flame retardant, lightweight and waterproof. Of course, the manufacturing process also has an impact on the performance of the finished product. Not all finished products have these characteristics. The final finished product features depend on the company’s strategic goals and social needs.
