What is the anti-seepage function of geomembrane? For example, the main mechanism of the geomembrane is to cut off the leakage channel of the earth dam by the impermeability of the plastic film, and to withstand the water pressure and adapt to the deformation of the dam body with its large tensile strength and elongation. Or, in traditional flood control and emergency rescue, two main measures are taken to ensure the safety of various types of buildings: protection, that is, to prevent dangerous situations from arising; the second is emergency rescue, that is, once a dangerous situation occurs, effective measures must be taken quickly to eliminate the dangerous situation. The traditional talents more commonly used in flood control and emergency rescue are mainly soil materials, sand materials, stones, straw bags, hemp bags, etc. They have been used as flood control materials for a long time, and the geomembrane effect is good. It can be seen that the anti-seepage effect of the geomembrane is remarkable.
1. The contact surface between the anti-seepage geomembrane and the supporting material should be flat, so as not to lose its anti-seepage effect when the membrane is punctured by the slope. Otherwise, a fine-grain cushion should be provided to protect the film from damage.
2. The connection of the anti-seepage geomembrane itself. The connection methods of the impermeable film can be classified into three types, namely bonding method, welding method and vulcanization method, which are selected according to the different raw materials of the impermeable film. The impermeability of all joints should be checked to prevent leakage due to poor joints.
3. The connection between the anti-seepage film and the surrounding boundary must be tightly combined.
